Hi peopleIf your looking for a days golf in the Rochdale area then look no further than our friendly family run club that does not cost a fortune to play, eat or drink.There is an 18 hole par three course that will test any player and a nine hole course for the big hitters. great way to spend the day.

I enjoy playing this course regularly. The nine hole course is members only on Saturday's but the 18 hole par 3 course is open to everyone. Although only par 3 holes (with 1 par 4) the fairways lined with trees certainly pose a challenge. It's just a shame in winter the 18 holes become 15 as three holes are closed due to drainage.

Great place for beginners and the more experienced. Great bar and cafe that does great food for a reasonable price. People in the golf shop always willing to help and I love both the par 3 and the 9 hole full course. Great value.

This place has gone down hill, course is shabbier year on year, clubhouse is a two bit operation, you can get ignored in there for ages whilst staff argue like kids. Even the driving range has lost it, it's cheap but it's 50/50 whether it's open during the opening hours, 50/50 if the machine gives a full tip, 50/50 if you can find someone to tell and 50/50 crappy found balls vs dog chewed rubbish. I'm gutted because I fell in love with the game at Castle Hawk but I can't see how it will still be open next year at this rate. Get a grip.

This course is now under new management and has improved considerably over the past 2 years due to the investment in new equipment ; course management and personnel.

I have played this course now for the last 18 months on a weekly basis initially just to get back into the golf after a 20 year abscence .After this time i cannot play anywhere else the price for the day !! is exceptional value with a choice of two courses ,great priced meals served with a smile ,bar facilities driving range and the greenkeepers are the hardest working ive seen always on the course keeping it in tip top condition yes the drainage may not be the best over a couple of holes on the 18 but thats just the area we live in . so no need to book get yourself down there and have a blast ⛳

Good facilities, breakfast is excellent, has a small 18 hole course with mainly par 3 holes which is ideal for practising iron play, a larger 9 hole course and a driving range next door so plenty to go at for every type of golfer.
