Malika is quite simply the best British Indian restaurant in Brighton I have been to for a very long time. The seekh kebabs were beautifully spicy, and more tender than any I've ever had, seriously. The madras was hot to exactly the right level, sour as it should be and beautifully layered. Absolutely perfect. Friendly staff, and good prices for fantastic food, absolutely recommended in every way. I am sitting in it now, absolutely stuffed, moved to write a review.

Wait staff and barman Pruthviraj were excellent and perfectly professional.Atmosphere and decor as good as you'd like.Went as a couple so didn't try too many dishes. All that we had was good, if not mind blowing. Certainly good enough to warrant a second visit.Masala chai at the end.... Perfect.

The staff provided greeted us promptly from the moment we walked into the restaurant. The cocktails in were especially divine and were delivered by the bartender himself. The bartender was particularly delightful and provided an experience. If you want great authentic Indian food and drinks look no further!

Food and service were good. Views are cool too. It's nice to sit outside with view of the sea and watch the world go by.I had the lamb biryani and the meat was lovely and tender. Not at all tough and very tasty.There was A nice amount of ghee used giving a good buttery flavour, without being too greasy.I am used to having a vegetable curry being served with a biryani usually else where so was surprised it wasn't here but it's not a deal breaker

Amazing experience at Malika. I had booked for my graduation dinner and they did not disappoint with the service and the food. They even helped me by putting up my decorations for me the day before so my table/ walls were all ready and pretty when we got there the next day. The food was very good, flavourful and plenty of it (portions were huge no one could finish their plate but we were able to get takeaway boxes). Very attentive and lovely staff and pretty views of the sea. Will be back for more!
