The Bicycle Chain

Called into the Weston Super Mare store while on holiday in the area. It's well worth a visit. Lots of bikes and cool stuff to buy. While there I got looking at the MTB saddles as mine has been causing a bit of pain recently. The guys got me to sit on the electronic scanning machine to measure my sit bones and recommended a Specialized saddle with the correct size and padding for my type of riding. I've only ridden it once since returning home but its like sitting on one of those old arm chairs at your grannies house. Super comfortable and a world away from the other one I was riding around on which was slicing me in 2 !!!! For anyone suffering with saddle issues go speak to these guys and buy a Specialized saddle in your size as you will not be disappointed. Top marks for the guys at Bicycle chain and see you next time I come visit the area.

A kind local in the resulting traffic queue following my bad cycle accident this weekend recommended this bike shop. Their service was amazing - they immediately made emergency repairs, diagnosed the cause (pinched inner tube fitted during service by well known national chain, resulting in it exploding), gave the bike a reassuring safety check (other faults were found!) and pointed me in the direction of a shop for painkillers. All in a friendly and knowledgable way. Cannot recommend highly enough. Thank you SO much Bicycle Chain - you’ll soon have a branch near me with that service - and it can’t come fast enough!

I've cycled across Europe, the length of the UK and many other cycling adventures and have always departed for the journey with great confidence having my bike prepared, repaired and maintained over many years. Went in to get a part for my mountain bike.Polite helpful staff. Took a look at my bike and said he could order one in as didn’t have stock. I wanted to get it today so left. But very helpful and told me exactly what I need for when I look elsewhere.Will go back again for next items I need as prices were good tooThank you

And you always price match so there's really no reason to shop online.
