I came in last Thursday and was absolutely blown away with the staff member so polite and helpful he did all that he could do to help me resolve the problem went out of his way Never had such good customer service at a plumbing merchant before.Please forgive me , I believe his name was Micheal I’m not 100% sure younger guy with tattoos on both hands !
