Having real trouble getting my rental deposit back & really disappointed how unprofessional this company is , simple requirements as pre rental checks not being followed !!

Not even worthy of 1 star! Level of service minimal. Letting staff inefficient, dismissive and certain members in need of a customer relations course! Be warned, they will find any excuse to deduct money from your holding deposit!

First of all, I would like to thank the George Proctor & Partners Bromley family. Because they do their job so well. They are very caring and always open to help. I especially want to thank Megan Hickey very much. Megan took care of all our issues very quickly and never stopped following up. When there is a need for a change in our house, she immediately talks to the landlord and gets a quick offer, and ensures that it is concluded as quickly as possible. For example, there was a window that needed replacing and Megan solved it in a very short time. Thank you again for all your interest, help, and work.
