I have been very happy with WellStructured's service. I had to go through a Party Wall Award process with my neighbours for a home extension project. Sam provided a clear and transparent quote very quickly. He explained the process over the phone, served the notices to all 3 my adjoining neighbours, carried out the surveys for the Schedule of Condition, and efficiently worked with my neighbours' surveyor to agree a Party Wall Award. All went very smoothly and the process took only 6 weeks from start to finish. I highly recommend WellStructured for Party Wall services.

Sam and his team provided a thoughtful review of plans and advice on the best way to serve notices. They were very responsive to questions. When things didn’t go to plan they were superb at helping us stay to our timeline by being professional and consistent with their enquiries. But above all when we were concerned they were a calm and pragmatic voice so that our nerves didn’t fray.Contact Well Structured sooner rather than later, we learnt the hard way that the sooner you seek advice the less likely you are to incur extra cost.
