old Old library the has computers which hardly ever work there either have I.t problems or just seize to work and when they do work they freeze up sometimes but other that its okay library.

Pleased to see the library still exists. Fondly remember walking from Cowan Road back in the 1950/60's past the dairy and all the electric floats on my way to borrow Biggles books.I am sure it will be a lot different now especially if you are walking.Nice to have such memories.

The River Centre is there and it's a welcoming, clean and calm environment. The team was nice and understanding, with limited NHS findings they do what they can. It's a good place to start if you are trying to address your mental health.

This is my local library. Opening hours are good - all day Saturday and 2 evenings a week to suit those who work 9-5 Mon-Fri. The library isn't that huge but there is a decent selection of books if you want to pick something up. However I mainly take advantage of the ability to request books from any Edinburgh library and pick them up there. There are pre-bookable computers, papers and a few tables and chairs to sit at. Staff are friendly and helpful. Other edinburgh library things to check out - zinio where you can download free magazines and overdrive for ebooks.

Excellent staff, really helpful. Okish selection for being a local library. Shame computers really old and slow. Other services good, crafts for children and nursery rhymes.

I like that they have a lot of programs for kids and adults but I have three problems with the place: (1) The smell is not so good, (2) the place is dusty ( not good for allergic people), and (3) the noise is high.

Nice wee library with decent opening hours. I was confused with the online registration to get a library card so I went in to sort it and the staff were really nice and helpful

Friendly helpful and knowledgeable staff. Good choice of books and an option to order. Spacious venue. Customer service has been automated to the highest standard.
