Hands down, the best estate agent we have had contact with. We had two terrible experiences with high street vendors before we found Dan, and finally we felt like we were in safe hands! Moving house is stressful, however it's a lot less stressful when you have someone like Dan involved! Not only was he extremely knowledgeable about the properties he showed us and the area itself, he also had an answer to every question. Once we had an offer accepted, Dan was at hand during every step, constantly communicating so that as a buyer we always new what was going on. Meyers even left us a lovely gift basket for when we arrived in the new house. In an industry that gets a bad rep, these are the guys you want representing you. We will use them again for sure, but unfortunately for them they found us the perfect house so it might be a while!

Dan worked tirelessly sorting things out between the two solicitors. He was polite and patient keeping us informed throughout. He definitely earned his money, but more then that, we felt he was working on our behalf. I highly recommend these guys.
