Had the hot water cylinder replaced and alteration to heating system to allow hot water to be produced by boiler.Visit by engineer identified issues, quote for job arrived within 24 hours.Whole job completed within two weeks.Very tidy job, everything working. Friendly and informative during time in house. Will call these guys again for servicing etc.

We recently instructed RB Poolman Ltd to complete a new boiler installation and to redesign our bathroom.All of the team that we dealt with at RB Poolman Ltd have been incredible.Frome the initial planning stages, to purchasing materials to completion, we have been kept updated and helped throughout.Jordan and Charlie were so efficient and tidy every time they came to site and explained everything they were doing.Laura and Ollie in the office were great at updating and chasing us when needed. Fantastic service from all of the staff at RB Poolman,They came to the rescue when I was poorly let down by a National firm.Boiler supplied and installed, up and running in 27 hrs.Both us the landlords and tenants very grateful for the professionalism of this company.Finally a big thanks to the engineer ( I'm sorry I don't kno his name) who completed the work. A very nice tidy installation.

The engineers who recently replaced our old gas boiler with a new model were extremely professional. They arrived punctually and took care to explain how they planned to complete the work. During the day they ensured that we understood their progress and how they proposed to overcome the snags that they encountered. The new boiler was fully installed and tested by mid afternoon and is performing as designed.

Prior to using Poolman's my heating system was maintained by SSE, a service which got progressively worse, so I switched to R. B. Poolman. My boiler is serviced annually, the second service has just been completed and I have a comprehensive maintenance and support contract, which is cheaper than the SSE/OVO equivalent. I have the benefit of being able to deal with one contractor for all my requirements. I have also had 2 radiators replaced and I have to say that all of the engineers who have visited have been professional, and the work is fully guaranteed and undertaken efficiently. Good value, local company would recommend.

We needed our old combi boiler (being used in a partial system format) exchanged for a proper Worcester system boiler including additional pipe work and Drayton “Wiser” smart programmable thermostat.After getting several prices from Worcester recommended Companies we plumped for RB Poolman and accepted their quote.Laura gave us the date and low a behold on that day at 8o’clock am both Josh and Alfie turned up and started immediately, even without the coffee that we offered (lol).By 4o’clock pm and two coffees they were finished tidied up with all systems a go and all programmed in.I’m hoping they can do some other work we have in mind in the near future.This turned out to be a really great choice, a big shout out for Ryan, Helen, Laura, andq especially Josh and Alfie.

The first time I used these people I thought they did a decent job so I used them for a second time. Unfortunately they let themselves down on a number of points.1. Turned up at 6.30pm when due at 4.30pm.2. Didn't sort out my hot water issue and wanted to charge me £100 call out to come out again to fix something they didn't fix earlier.3. The most annoying thing is, I hate it when people presume it's ok to swear in my presence, especially in my own home. So an engineer constantly saying 'effing 'ell to me really does get my goat.Got my hot water fixed by someone else.

We love RBPoolman! We have had various works done when we moved to Wiltshire in 2022.From a central heating perspective, we've had a brand new oil boiler install and relocation and installation of a new hot water tank.We've also had two complete new bathrooms installed.All work has been competitively priced, and the work of the highest standard. Ryan (owner) makes himself on-site and available to speak with any questions, and all engineers have been fantastic to have on site.We are delighted with our new bathroom most recently completed in July 2023 (see pictures). A special thank you to Jordan and Nyle who completed the work and were TOP-CLASS... having now completed two bathrooms to our complete satisfaction we would recommend them to anyone.An excellent company with excellent leadership, and what appears to a customer-focused training and development mindset. Our boiler began to fail just as the cold weather arrived. Ryan visited first to check exactly what we'd need - the quote he offered was comprehensive, competitive, and with a shorter wait than any of the other companies.On the day, the team arrived promptly at the scheduled time and got started straight away. My wife and I were both working but the team cracked on and got the boiler fitted much more quickly than expected, and left everything clean and tidy once they were done.The admin team got in touch afterwards to check everything was done to our satisfaction and sort out the invoice. I'm extremely happy with the service I received at every stage, and very much enjoying the new boiler as winter has set in!
