Terrible service, they told me aggressively that I had to pay £5 extra to clean a little bit of dirt on the side of my car that took 10 seconds to wipe off. I waited 70 minutes to get the car cleaned and they said we’re a quick car wash and that’s why they charge £5 extra if you find any dirt on your car.

Really happy with my car wash experience, just asked for car wash and my car still looks immaculate after almost a week! Friendly staff too

Imagine paying £30 for a car wash only to be told that this is a basic service so we don’t really hoover and clean properly and if you want a proper clean you need to do a full valet yet when I visit the 24 hour car wash in Harlington which is £12 in and out, They do a really good job and I leave satisfied
