Cristina is my favourite lash tech and I’ve been going to her since December 2022 and I will not be going to another lash tech again! She is very professional and kind. I always leave with my lashes on point and they always last 3+ weeks.Can’t stress enough how brilliant and talented she is!Get booked in!!!

Cristina is amazing, friendly, and very professional. I am so happy that I chose her as my lash tech , my lashes always look amazing after every set and I trust her completely with my lashes.

Anyone in the city area wanting to get your lashes done I'd avoid this lady at all costs.I paid £65 for Russian lashes, she stuck the sticky pads in my eye, stuck 4 lashes to one individual lash, rushed them and left bald patches and gloops of glue everywhere. I went to another lash technician and they also said that under 50% of my lashes had actually been lashed! It took this lady over a hour and two glue removers to try and remove them they wouldn't even come off so I had to remove them by picking my natural lashes. When asking Lashbabz to remove them she said she had no available appointments and advised me to buy a kit or soak them off myself after spending £65 with her. She didn't even ask what the problem was or even tried correcting them and wouldn't offer a refund. I've had to pay to have them removed and to have new ones applied and now have damaged eyelashes! I would avoid this woman at all costs. Her customer service is shocking as her work. So I'm writing this so no one else has to be out of pocket and disappointed like I have been!! Saying that all my hairs are baby lashes is a absolute con, she told me I had the most lashes she'd ever seen and seeing and speaking to lots of other lash techs have confirmed that they was not all baby hairs she didn't even lash half of my lashes!! I've always had full sets. I told her after they had been done I like them fuller. She don't care about her clients and have had conversations with many of her other'clients' that have had problems. She is out for money and nothing else!! She couldn't even remove them for me!! Disgusting!!!!!

Brilliant service in a lovely relaxing home setting. Will definitely be coming a lot to get my eyelashes done again as the lashes quality is good and the work she put into my sets have always been amazing

By far the best lash tech I’ve ever had. She's careful, pays attention to detail, very skilled at what she does and makes sure you are comfortable during your appointments.

Took me forever to find a lash tech in Norwich that I feel comfortable with, but I’m happy that I’ve found one now who makes the lash experience very relaxing. My lashes last and having a lash bath with my sets is a great experience. My sets always suit me my eyes and I’ve already recommended Cristina to my friends. :)
