Always helpful and friendly, having moved from London,I also find them very reasonable.

Had a dog pass and called the vets to see about what we would do with the remains.Was perhaps 6.30 to 7pm on a Saturday night. Had to call their out of hours service which was answered quickly and the lady on the phone was very helpful and understanding.

Dog has signs of blood in his urine!! Don't want to know! Shocking, little care giving. Fob you off with if you can't get anybody else, well maybe. But then I state everyone has said this already. To which she then replies awh sorry we aren't taking any new appointments. Imagine stating/lying about maybe we can help then if you can get somebody else". Shocking people!!"

Very friendly staff, lovely, caring vet, nothing was too much bother

Very disappointed with the ignorance of these vets yesterday 5th August 2023.We found a wee cat seriously injured beside our home, and when the husband phoned them explained to them this wasn't our cat and that we found it, they said the would see it but a fee will need to be paid first!The husband phoned them again and the vet he was speaking to, was extremely rude and kicked up a fuss about the practice is now closed and no one is there he wasn't going to go back to meet my husband.But I shouted, the poor thing is badly injured around the face and he said in a very unprofessional manner right bring it up, I will meet you there!Parkveiew vets care more about money than they do about our fur babies! Avoid them like the plague!!!

Took my Dog here a number of times. Very happy with the service from the vets and not too expensive. Really glad i have our dog registered here.

Both cats got neutered and the vets performed a very professional job on them. No pain afterwards and the cats are doing very well one week on.

Wonderful people. Very friendly and keeping you up to date. Our dog was well looked after and the costs were surprisingly low in comparison with other vets we have visited around the UK and Europe.
