Alloy Finishing

This is a cowboy outfit tried to get my car in for the past 6 weeks and still waiting although it has been booked in they don't have a clue what they are doing. Avoid at all costs pay the extra and go somewhere else at least they will get done that way

Alloys refurbished and initially appeared good apart from balance weight falling off immediately. They would not rebalance free so went to local tyre dealer who had to rebalance all 4.Removed wheels from car over the winter and refitted in spring time to avoid bad weather. Soon noticed that 2 front wheels were starting to craze" and this soon spread all over the wheels. Returned to them for assessment and they came up with a whole list of things that I had done to cause the problem from moisture ingress

Can't believe the poor quality of service given especially after paying £200 to this company.

Avoid at all costs. Owner provides terrible customer service - e.g. Didn't answer calls, argumentative, didnt have coating in stock meaning car was in 2 days longer than quoted. Was told to collect car at 6pm, arrived earlier than this to find place closed and gates locked! Health and safety concerns too - staff smoking near chemicals on premises.
