Dropped a base unit and laptop with AWK as they were both running incredibly slowly. I needed the laptop back quite quickly as I run everything for my job from it. They were brilliant! Really speedy turnaround and the laptop is like a completely different machine after their service (not tried the base yet as it's not my machine). Definite 5* service.

I took in my old PC and asked them to upgrade a few parts for my neice so she has a machine to learn coding and design. They took less than a day and were very clear on what needed to be done. Thanks!

Having attempted a very simple ( in my head ) case swap I quickly realised I'd messed up. I took my PC to the guys at AWK and they worked magic to fix my it. And I'd say it was for a very very reasonable price. Needless to say I'll be using them for any PC related issues in the future. Thanks guys!
