I called the florist at the last minute to arrange a hand tie to be delivered the same day for my aunties birthday. the delivery driver was already out delivering, but the lovely florist I spoke to went out her way to see if he would be able to do another delivery at the last minute before closing. Thankfully it was agreed. My auntie was delighted with her flowers it made her day. Fantastic wee florist which I will definitely use again! Thankyou four seasons x

Highly delighted with the balloons we received for my daughter's birthday. This was a last minute purchase, done via the website and I was happy to be able to find a local business I could use. Thank you for making a lockdown birthday a bit more special.

BEWARE. DO NOT USE!!!I have ordered same day delivery for my mothers birthday and was sent an email 8 hours later to tell me that they were out of flowers due to Mother’s Day and couldn’t deliver until the next day, or could offer a refund.2 days later, still no flowers or refund. No replies to emails. After reading previous reviews, looks like this is common practice for this place.Lucky I paid with PayPal so should be able to recoup my money.

Would give 0 stars if an option.At first glance seems nice but as I opened the door not a single colour in sight why could this be. Well fellow readers let me continue my story of disappointment, the store appears to be open until 5:30 however at a meer 5 past 5 not only did the lady not seem to care that we exist even as much as offering to show us 1 singular flower but she also decided that the best course of action to was continue putting away the few twigs left at the front of the store into I must say what she may have planned for the next half hour of business baffles me. May I suggest either changing the opening hours or encouraging your employees to actually sell flowers. P.S. I bought a bouquet at Asda.

I got Flowers del on sat for my other half and by mon morning they are all dead i paid about £60 for them and it is very sad because it is the first time i have used them but never again.

I've bought flowers a few times from here, and they are always beautifully made! They last a long time and feature a lovely variety of flowers. They are my go-to florist in Aberdeen, I highly recommend them! Their delivery service is also prompt and good value!

So disappointed. It was my parents Diamond Wedding Anniversary today so I ordered an Extra Large Pink Collection for £50 to be delivered to the Northern Club to present to them. Frankly what arrived was a disgrace and I was not the only one who thought that. Maybe because I ordered them in Edinburgh you thought that I would not be there to see them!!I would hate to see what the Medium bouquet would have looked like. I phoned straight away and was told that they had counted the number of stems and it was correct however they would come and collect and replace them which I thought was a great response. However when I saw them I asked the staff if they had actually done that as there was so little difference. The number of stems does not equate to quality. The gerberas were not wired so collapsed straight away and it was still really really disappointing for such a special occasion. A view shared by all at the lunch. I buy flowers regularly and have never been disappointed. Pity that this was the only blight on an otherwise fabulous day. What had the potential to be a customer service triumph sadly did not have a happy ending.

We ordered a couple of bouquets and a boutonnière for our wedding. From initial consultation to final delivery, the service was smooth and high quality. We are delighted with how our flowers turned out. Four seasons florist is a company that can be trusted. Highly recommend!

Had a bouquet delivered yesterday from Four Seasons and have to say they are probably the finest flowers I've bought. The bouquet was abundant with lots of colours and variety. Worth more than what I'd paid in my opinion, I'll be back and would highly reccomend.
