Everything explained simply.. I was given aids to wear to let me know how my hearing would be if I had my own hearing aids...I could see my ear canal on their computer, very informative

Husband initially had a good first meeting. One hearing aid lost approximately one month after having them. Didn’t take out their insurance (my own fault, but after spending £6,000 on them couldn’t afford any more). Very unhelpful after care - was told ONE single replacement hearing aid would cost me £3,749 - yes for ONE. ABSOLUTE RIP OFF MERCHANTS. Ended up going through home insurance which cost husband £200 and he was seen at home with follow ups at home.
