We have just booked a Disney trip with Louise and the whole experience was ‘magical’. Louise is an expert when it comes to Disney and she was able to answer all of my questions and provide different quotes until we found the best hotel for us. It was an absolutely fantastic experience booking our first cruise with TUI. Emma took her time to answer all of our questions and to find us the perfect trip at a great price. We came away feeling really looked after. All of the agents were lovely. Such a friendly, personalised and professional service. The shop itself was clean and very well presented. All the staff are a credit to TUI and we can't thank you enough for making our experience so stress free and enjoyable.We really can't wait for our trip now and again, can't thank you all enough for the exceptional service we received.

Just came back from one holiday in TurkeyWith Tui came straight home and rebooked with the Birkenhead Tui store . The girls in there are so lovely and knowledgeable. Lauren took my booking and gave my son a certificate which he was made upWith. The other girls Louise and Leila made a fuss of my son as well making him feel at ease . Thank you ladies I’ll be back

Booked a holiday with Lauren today and she really went the extra mile to find me a fantastic price for me and my daughter. As I’m not too good with the internet Lauren even filled in our passport details on-line, as well as arranging wheelchair assistance for me at the airport. I can’t thank Lauren enough for her lovely, friendly and caring manner. This, coupled with her product knowledge and professionalism is the main reason I book my holidays with TUI time after time. Lauren’s relaxed non pushy manner made everything so easy and I was even offered a cup of tea. That’s service for you! Thanks Lauren.

We recently booked a family holiday to Kos. Louise was extremely helpful and couldn't do enough to find the perfect holiday that matched our requirements. We have two young children so Louise found a selection of family friendly options for us that were within our budget including suitable flights to work around the kids.I can't recommend Louise and the staff in this store enough. It's the second time I've booked a holiday via Louise and it won't be our last as she makes it so simple and stress free for us.We appreciate the great customer service and can't wait until our holiday now!!
