Terrible service. Turned up late and used rotten and abusive language on me, a professional rushing to hospital to save lives. Avoid them for your own good, please.

Called as explained that I had a family emergency can they come ASAP 30 minutes later ! I had called 3 times in-between. Driver rude and grumpy will not use again poor service

Between having a premium number between 2016 - 2018 and then publishing a racist advert this year the company is easily the worst in the borough. Rude drivers and unclean cabs, would never recommend.

Terrible my son had a taxi with these tonight tried charging him £20 even before he got in the car lucky I was on the phone to my son and told him how to handle it (I grew up with my father working on taxi) will never use this company again

Customer service received tonight from the person on the phone was rediculess. Wouldn't recommend putting him on the phones again. It's called being polite. No need for rudeness. Will not be using them again!

Phoned for cab from margam, fella on phone mumbled something and hung up. I phoned back to clarify what he’d said he just said I’ve got nothing in margam and hung up again. Very rude and won’t be using again.

A friend used this company and driver was very arrogant. Described as late 30s early 40s. Bald. Wearing a Cardy top. I know my self who this is but rather not name him
