DO NOT ORDER FROM OFFICE if you want a refund after!I ordered 2 pairs of Uggs online and returned them to the Meadowhall store. One pair was refunded and they didn't refund for the other pair. They put it under the same return number so all they kept saying was ‘it’s been refunded’ it took 3 WEEKS for them to prove I wasn’t lying and check the CCTV in-store.Leigh was very helpful, but you can NEVER get back in contact with the original person dealing with your case- they can only offer me 10% off ‘on this’.You can get 10% off with an email sign up or student discount.So after not refunded me for 3 weeks due to store errors and not being able to get in touch with THEIR store, they are refusing to help make it right. Your custom is NOT VALUED AT OFFICE. Do NOT shop there if you want a refund- you’ll have to fight to get it

Went in today to buy two pairs of doc martens . No staff members interested, all huddled behind the counter looking at this mobile phone. So walked out and went across to Schuh and bought them where the staff do actually acknowledge customers.

Absolutely disgraceful shop. As soon as i walked in a boy and a girl that were working laughed at me and i could tell they were making offensive comments. I have never felt so upset and racially discriminated coming into a store. The boy is white and slim with brownish hair who looked 16/17 and the girl was also white with brown hair who is quite chubbier and looks 19/20. This is not what a customer should feel like when walking into a store.If no action is taken i will resort to reporting this to higher authorities.Sort ur workers out.

Good selection of Dr Martins, had to treat my self to another pair.

I visited Office with my wife to browse products and collect/return orders.The store was small so while there was a wide range of different shoes, selection and sizes was limited.Staff were friendly and collection process (including return of an item ordered as part of this) was handled simply and efficiently.Overall a good shopping experience!

Extremely rude and dismissive manager. I took a pair of trainers back which are faulty and the manager refused to do anything about it. The manager said they do not class the sole coming away from the leather as a fault even though they are only a few moths old. There was no discussion and basically said if I was unhappy I have to send them (at my own cost) to the head office for inspection. When you spend £130 on a pair of trainers you expect them to last more than 4 months.My main grievance here is the customer service received from the manager at the Meadowhall store.

Staff Rude, too busy chatting, all looked Mardy…asked for shoes was if it was an issue… then literally threw them behind the counter with not even a mention…..walked out won’t use that shop again

Today, I visited the Meadowhall store and the attitude of the staff was appalling. The shop was busy and I waited near the till to return some shoes. A family of 3 were served before me on the till next to the one I was called to. The family left and the woman who was serving me loudly said to the woman who had just served the family “why do people bring their entire family to Meadowhall and all come and stand at the till” and said that they should “stand outside”I felt that this was so unprofessional and inappropriate as the family weren’t even out of the store before she started complaining about them.It made me feel extremely uncomfortable and as if staff think it’s okay to mock their customers. That family had just spent £140 and were mocked, what would they say about me when I leave when I just returned things.I was stood at the till with a friend and felt like it was a very passive aggressive comment so much so that I asked my friend if she wanted to wait outside for me.I get that it’s stressful being in a busy shop but maybe this woman should consider being rude about customers in her own time rather than when she should be serving me. All she said to me was “Is it a return?” And “that’s all done for you”. That’s it. In between that was when she was sounding off about the family.Really disappointed and won’t be going again

0 stars ... extremely rude . No customer service from the sales assistant whom I would recommend to change her job !!! Thankfully a manager that did have good communicationUnfortunately from the experience I had I won't be returning and it's the last of my money they will ever have.
