I find Blue Arrow generally a pretty good business partner and on a daily basis i get excellent service from my account manager Matt Cogan. The only time i have issues is when Matt is on Holiday then the service drops dramatically if they could get this right then it would be a 5 star review.So well done Matt.

Great employer. Always looked after me with lots of work and great conditions. I've worked with many agencies over the years and employers but I have at last been treated really well and with respect. Would highly recommend working for them if your a chef.

Blue Arrow is such a great company to work for. Nigel and Inga have been helping me so much especially as I was new to the city. They are very thoughtful, efficient, and professional. Nigel helped me chasing up for all the necessary process as he wanted to make sure I could start the job as soon as possible and didn't want me to keep waiting. He always kept me well informed and answered all my questions and queries too. Thank you so much Nigel and Inga. Blue Arrow is totally recommended.

I have been with many agencies in the past however blue arrow has by far been the best experience. Sinita the lady who deals with transport is excellent, very friendly and extremely helpful always providing constant work. I highly recommend anyone who is with a different agency to switch and go to blue arrow it will be the best decision you’ve ever made!

COMPLETE SHAMBLES!Poor communication - never responds to emails or calls. Several jobs, told I was not needed once I got there. No communication! Waste of time, fuel and loss of earnings! Clearly no rapport with clients or chefs on payroll! constantly issues with late payments and missing hours.I’m still waiting for payment for a 6 hour shift from 1st November!THE worst agency I’ve ever worked for.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!! A recruitment agent called Sinita was dealing with my CV and literally within hours she had three possible placements for me too try! - Nothing was forced, seems like these guys want to place people where they will be happy! If you refuse its no big deal - they have alternatives for you!! Very happy with this experience!!

Blue Arrow Bristol.. What can I say. You could never get hold of people you needed to talk with. They would never call you back. Started off OK Every now and then they would miss money from your wages mostly overtime missing. Then the final straw was when it took them 7 months to pay me and 17 other employees moneys they owed us for hours worked. Had to contact ACAS to push them to pay hardly any contact from them in regards to how they was going to solve it. I could go on.. Its up to you if you want to try them. But I advise to avoid them.

Blue Arrow are an extremely helpful agency, always being able to find some sort of work for me when and where is needed has been a great benefit for sourcing income.I highly recommend this agency as well as their staff such as Sinita who is very communicative and resourceful.

I hardly write reviews talk less of giving a company 5 stars ratings but i thought this was an exception .When i first contacted them for job , the first impression was great . The Consultant was friendly, made sure I understood everything I needed to know and was professional and really made me feel like they company had my best interests at heartThey offered me many choices for work thats suits my schedule and were always very responsive when I contacted them.My consultant Sinita Sermuksnyte went above and beyond to help anytime I needed assistance , very professional ,Intelligent and very reliable .She is really amazing .I have worked with Blue Arrow for months now you can trust your weekly pay will be on time honestly they are a great agency with a world class and dedicated team .By far the best agency I have ever experienced.Highly recommend to any job seeker or employer looking to use agency staff.
