Very good service , and has a very nice set of nails . everyone loves it

Zero customer service to loyal customers .No manners at all, very unfriendly employees.Had my nails done. They were uneven, lumpy at places, didn’t complain as was in hurry for work. not just that , 3 days later the gel was easily peeling, went back to show them the problem as my gel nails usually last me 10-15 days the least, and the manager said; well , may be you used water too much, I said nothing exceptional the past 2-3 days, I always have my nails done and this never happened.Response was : Will fix them , charges are £2.00 for each peeling nail.I didn’t wish to make a big scene and get into argument as it was not done properly and they should fix it ....I realized that good manager who wishes to have a satisfied happy customers won’t behave in that manner at all. Rather they should offer to fix the problem especially it’s their fault and take full responsibility. The issue not paying the £2.00 per nail, but the principle.I walked out and will never use them again.I Don’t recommend them at all.No wonder lately they haven’t been packed as previously were. So I went to this nail shop moments ago. Spoke to one of the staff who told me I had a 15-20 minutes wait. I got up went to the cash point and returned. I waited for roughly three minutes and a lady entered the shop and took a seat. She was then called a few seconds after to be tended to. I however, thought this lady had just entered the shop, so I politely said I believe I was here before this lady". The shop attendant told me otherwise

I just had my dipping manicure, pedicure and waxing with Hannah, I am so pleased same usual. Hannah she is so patient and attention to details, and so professional. She’s always make sure you happy with the service. It’s always a pleasure and relaxing moment for me.

The worse thing you can do in this shop is to say you aren’t happy with your nails, in a very polite way I informed them that I really wasn’t happy with my nails, the salon owner clearly took this personally and her attitude towards me completely changed! To the point another customer turned around and remarked ‘wow’ at her comments and treatment towards me. The most disappointing thing was she wasn’t prepared to even do anything about my nails. Such a disappointing service and treatment towards customers, somewhere I won’t be recommending or ever returning to.! I honestly never leave review such as this but felt very strong at how I was treated, such poor poor customer service. Upon looking at other review I can see other customers have also experienced rude staff.

Hannah is so amazing and always makes my nails look amazing! Everyone else is very kind and super understanding when I had super shakey feet! Lost a couple gems but I popped in and Hannah fixed them instantly! Would 100% recommend this place and wouldn’t go anywhere else now!

I went there today expecting a nice set.- their prices on the wall say £20 acrylic however they charged me £30 for acrylic with just a plain colour- the nail lengths are uneven and bumpy- after applying the extension tips the worker left me and started working on someone else’s nails which left me in the chair doing nothing for 20 minutes- less than 4 hrs later one nail had fallen off completely- nails were blocky and thickQuite disappointed as I really needed them nice for a wedding.. will not be returning

Not sure why the reviews are bad, I've been here twice in the last month and was very happy. Maybe things have improved a lot? I did a gel pedicure and gel manicure with extensions. Lovely colour, shape and finish. Will keep going!

The lady was very rude. My nails are very thick and uneven length. Not going back there.

I have been coming here for a while now, the staff are really friendly and always pay attention to detail, the service quality is very good. I will continue to come here for my nails.
