I have always received excellent dental care from Katrin. She is always very cheerful, professional and kind. I had route canal treatment a while back and she did an absolutely excellent job! Her lovely calm manner really helped to put me at ease during the procedures. Thank you Katrin for the fantastic work you are doing! The receptionist staff at Bupa Dental Care are also very helpful and lovely.

A first class example of everything modern dentistry should be. My family have been looked after here for many years and never had a negative experience. As a 40 year old who possibly over looked best practises with regard for caring for my teeth as a teenager, I’ve had my fair share of dental appointments and I can honestly say that Jonathan and his excellent team always make you feel at ease and welcome. Jonathan takes the time to explain everything clearly and makes sure that you are comfortable at all times. Very friendly, relaxed and professional.

Working out of area for a while but managed to give me an appointment during the short few days I had available. Always thorough check up, clean/scale done and discussion about dental routine and advice on use of brushes etc. Clean, kind and helpful staff. Recommend them highly.

Bupa Dental Care Worthing
I went into this practice this morning , they were very accommodating and made me feel comfortable , they took the time, to talk me through my treatment so I understood the time frames and the work the was being done.I wanted some cosmetic work done before the weekend and they had nothing free, as soon as an appointment was cancelled they sorted me a spot out on the day !A staff member by the name of Debbie went above and beyond to get my appointment slot.Very happy ! Highly recommend this practice.

Joining a dentist is never a pleasant thing to do, especially as one of the many unable to find an NHS dentist post-COVID. However, I do feel at Bupa Worthing, the atmosphere and treatment level justifies the additional cost of going privately.On my most recent visit, I was due to have two small fillings and was told by Mr Carrillo that one was no longer necessary as the decay has stopped. That honesty was a very pleasant and reassuring surprise, and meant I will definitely be using this dentist going forward. Thank you.

Oasis Dental [BUPA DENTAL CARE, MILL ROAD, WORTHING] have significantly higher fees for most procedures when compared to other local practices (comparison advised). Their Denplan scheme has multiple exclusions (read the small print carefully). Denplan fees have hugely exceeded the official rate of inflation for years. Certain procedures are delegated to 'specialists' at additional cost when outside of the competence of Oasis 'in-house' dentists. Diagnosis needs analysis. Best avoided.

Absolutely unacceptable service, I was charged for the NHS service private fee plus offered root canal treatment for 500£ privately when after battle to see me through NHS again Have been told that the chance to safe my tooth was less than 50% how!! interesting this wasn’t a case 2 weeks ago when seen privately. Absolute disappointment!

You would think when you pay fortune for your treatment the clinic would make sure that their receptionist team shows at least minimum level of respect for customers. If you want to be treated like you’ve been made a massive favour when you ask to book an appointment, if you don’t want to hear words like ‘good morning, please, thank you’ this is the place for you.
