Shocking experience from shed world.My nan bought a shed from shed world obver 2000 pounds shed was 4 week late was suppose to be on the job at 9 didnt turn up till 12.30.Looked at the garden said cant install this there's stairs on the garden 4 steps to the top garden .Whent away then told my nan that it will be another 500 pounds for them to come back out and install it because it's going to need another man and wouldnt be till late October also left my nan with no shed as we had taken the old one down and had all the stuff on the garden ended up getting there money back minus the 300 pound deposit absolutely awfull customer service should be ashamed they have treat pensioner this way definetly not recommend

Friendly and flexible, i visited several times before choosing the shed and eacg time they helped me think thru the developments. It's good to be able to see the built sheds, not just guess their quality and styles buying online. Shed arrived yesterday, no fuss and well made.

The shed is great, great service and put up in less than 1 hour. Nice friendly chap (owners son) very pleased all round

A bit of a disappointing experience unfortunately. We ordered our shed online and having the shed built was included in the price. I noticed later that day that the window hadn't been sealed properly and a couple of weeks later that the back of the shed wasn't attached properly. Fairly minor issues but the customer service was awful (I have read on previous reviews that they pride themselves on this) It has taken over two months just to get an answer from them after being passed from person to person. However, I have given 2 stars as our shed is lovely after having fixed it myself.

This is my second purchase from this company. I bought a shed last year and was so impressed with the quality and the service I received that I decided to get a summer house. Absolutely amazing! Looks awesome. Everything was perfect, from ordering to delivery and construction. Would definitely recommend.
