Fantastic vets! Moved from out of area and was a bit nervous about what we would find. Turns out it’s an improvement! What a great vets surgery- they take the time you need and look after you every step of the way. 10/10

Dusty's favourite place is probably not the vets!, however she becomes calm once she is in the consultation room.I like to see the same vet for Dustys treatment, so am happy to visit any of the Crossroads branches, if the vet is located elsewhere than her usual branch.When visiting the Veterinary clinics, the welcome is always friendly, the advice, consultation and treatment is informative and professional. From reception to clinic I feel Dusty is in the right place.I would recommend taking your pet to this establishment.

My interaction with the vets was unfortunately to pick up our poor cat who had been struck by a car and had passed away. Given the circumstances the staff were really good and they showed a lot of compassion. They made an incredibly difficult situation just that little bit better in how they dealt with an upset pet owner and I was somehow glad that the cat had been taken to them as I felt they would have done their best for her.

The whole team are friendly and caring with a huge amount of empathy. I always feel I am in safe hands if I have a problem with any of my pets. The reception staff are welcoming, friendly, knowledgeable and consistently helpful, and the vets and nurses are kind, compassionate and sensitive to how upsetting a visit can be sometimes. I will continue to use Crossroads for as long as I have animals who need their professional care.

Reception team are always incredibly kind and helpful and all the vets we have seen both in Hazlemere and High Wycombe have been wonderful. My older dog had to be put down just before Christmas and the team were exceptionally kind and professional. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

The staff are professional but always welcoming. My Bertie is always happy to go to the vets and get fussed my the staff. They are warm , gentle and caring with my Bertie.

Hazelmere Crossroads is one of the best vets practices I have been to.I always see Either Kate or Sally both extremely professional and very reassuring when it comes to making any decision for my dogs. The team of ladies on the reception are very welcoming and friendly taking the time to listen and help where they can. I would highly recommend this vets practice.

Been using Crossroads Hazlemere since our dog was born. Friendly, efficient, always able to fit me in somehow. Feels like a family run business. Highly recommend!
