I have used this pub a few times I ordered a burger which suppose to come with fries and a drink. Instead I was served salad instead. I weren’t aware I was on a diet. The only thing I will say about this pub not keen their cameras inside the females toilets when other pubs cameras out outside the toilets.(sure that’s not allowed) menus are dirty which no one seems to wipe down ( seems to be an issue at all their pubs)Glasses are dirty which hygiene standards aren’t up to scratch.

Very little stands out in any Wetherspoons. The drinks are cheap(ish), the food... meh. This establishment is in a rather nice, large building but not the grandest I've seen and just as hygienic cleaned as most other Wetherspoons establisments i.e. not very. The Reginald Mitchell featured heavily in my first nights out in Stoke. However, it is not a particularly pleasant or exciting establishment.

It's not the worst wetherspoons. Still, it's looking rather dated and grotty as of late. The food was okay, although I can't say I'd go in there again or very often. I much prefer the Arnold Machin or the green dragon in Leek. The bar staff seem friendly enough though.

1pm Friday, moderately busy, no long waits to place order or receive food. Great pricing on drinks. Very disappointed with the food. BBQ burger, quite small patty, very dry and lean (20% fat minimum for a good burger), chips standard, middle of the road. The BBQ sauce was hugely disappointing, a chemical, plastic aftertaste with an undertone of used car tyre.

A very average Spoons.Food was fine for the price, mixed grill was overcooked, beans were cold on the all day brunch, but I've had worse.Drinks were around £2.50 a pint which was good. It's a really impressive building, toilets could do with a clean though

I've been covering a store in the Potteries centre for the last 3 months, Bank Holiday yesterday and no one informed me that the centre didn't open till 10 when I arrived for 8 in town.Stopped off at this Wetherspoons to treat myself to breakfast to kill time, very happy I did.Food came out super fast and was lovely. The staff member that served me was lovely and friendly as well, which is very nice to see early in the morning. Would be very happy to come here again if I'm covering this store again in the future as the staff where friendly and food was fast.

I come here once a week to sit down with a drink in the early afternoon and play video games in the cornerA lot of the staff are really friendly and let me be in the corner. The cookie dough at spoons is to die for and well worth it if you don’t care about the calories
