Positive – Got a car at a reasonable price, and the customer service was ok.Negatives –Car had multiple cosmetic problems including chips, dent in internal roof, deep scratches in dashboard, paint overspray on the front end, broken exhaust mounting. (just after having had their pre-sale ‘Health Check’ before driving away.)When asked if these can all be rectified half the chips were not colour matched correctly. They wouldn’t fix the dent in the roof liner as it would cost too much to re felt the roofing.First off, quite laughably, I was told the car had been ‘valeted’. If this means stones and gravel in the boot, filthy cupholders, the interior clearly hadn’t been touched in quite some time, so we cleaned it ourselves, it was a disappointing start.I identified a problem with the door check straps. The driver’s side one was not bolted to the door, and the passenger side was sheared off.I had to send it back to be repaired. If they have proper mechanics there, how was this not picked up on their “multiple point check” (which I asked for proof of).Just before taking the car back to Cars2 we noticed an exhaust clanging noise and could see the mount hanging under the car, and also noticed some exposed wiring in the door-shut where the weather cover was detached completely.Service book that was given to me with the car was not for my vehicle. It stated in the service book that it was serviced in 2016 & 2017 but the car I bought was not registered till 2018. When I went back to question this, I handed over the service book, was emailed the service history that they managed to track down from Vauxhall, but never replaced the service book. £5 on amazon guys, I sorted it myself in the end. I am also suspicious if they did a service. They said they did one but didn’t record it in the service book anyway.The car was purchased in April, 4 months later in August and my car was hit by a bus and had to go in for repairs. The repair garage flagged that there were parts missing under the bumper that could not be attributed to the accident. I knew nothing had fallen off the car and they offered to put the parts back on at cost of £90, labour included. I can’t believe there were parts of the car missing, whether they are necessary or not.Overall, the person I spoke with to begin with was nice and friendly. But after the car was mine it’s like they didn’t want to solve any problems.I wouldn’t buy another car from them and won’t recommend them to anyone as I don’t think I they cared about what they were selling, only that they got the sale.

Do not buy a car here, they call themselves a main dealer, but are worse than the car supermarkets!The car I was sold as in “impeccable condition “ was presented to me with ripped seats and was utterly filthy. The car was 1 year old for the record and ‘approved used’.Cars 2 Nissan are still holding onto my deposit 2 weeks later. Despite me ringing multiple times they will not return my money. They promise to resolve it and never do.

Our sales person Ryan, was amazing, him by himself I would give 5 stars, the effort he went to, sorting out the deal/prices, changing the paperwork with requested additions/removals, amazing.cannot thank him enough for being so pleasant, polite, and super helpful in picking the car.The only reason I have given 4 instead of 5, is actually because of things that were outside of the sales persons control:A) on Ryans day off I was dealing with the manager I think his name was Robyn or something, couldn't really understand what he was saying as communication wasn't clear.B) While dealing with the manager, I lost count at how many times he promised to call back with updates and never did. He claimed he tried, but Ryan never had an issue getting in contact with me via phone. So, I feel it is more likely he forgot.C) Finally, since the finance failed I paid cash for the car instead, but the car wasn't really prepped, the mats were not ready, the fuel tank was practically empty.Again, if it was Ryan on his own 5 stars, but unfortunately my issues where on the day he had off and I was dealing with other people.Ryan himself went above and beyond, even come with me to the garage to put a full tank of fuel in like we ordered, was amazing and helpful in handling the paper work. Catered to my needs found me a car within budget, and further more, around the price I was looking for. Amazing work Ryan, definitely top dog there. :). When I go back in the future, if he is not there, I will go else where :).For now, I just got to wait for my mats, and the rest of my order. The admin team at cars2 Nissan, also did a brilliant job, in fact, their timing and execution of getting new paper work ready exceeded my expectations. Ryan did our hand over too, and he went above and beyond to ensure we was completely happy and satisfied before we left the plot.If the car came with everything I paid for, instead of unfortunately having to wait, or alternatively, if the managers actually cared to call me back when they said they would then I would have put 5 stars here.Thank you Ryan, for everything, and your hard work and taking care of us from the start and throughout the handover and for making us feel valued, as appose to just a number. Keep up your amazing efforts.

The staff was brilliant with us especially Kai who had patience with test driving several vehicles, Tom and Callum who got us the best deal on our vehicle with an unbelievable package!
