Went one day, picked our carpet. Shane came the next day to measure and telephoned the same day with a price. Called in the next day and while we were there he telephoned and checked it was in stock.We paid for it there and then. Ten days laterIt was delivered and fitted - stairs, landing, hallway, lounge and dining room by Rick and Mick.I cannot speak too highly of the staff, pleasant, very professional and hardworking.Guess what? No computers involved. Telephone call, hand written bill showing goods purchased and paid for.

Searched Newcastle for a suitable rug with no success. Found exactly what I was looking for locally. Really modern designs, great quality, excellent value and helpful staff .

They have not done the work yet but they have been extremely helpful with my 4 visits in 24hrs to choose my carpet, for stairs. They came out to measure the following morning after my initial visit.
