Rapidly becoming a shambles of a company. Won’t even acknowledge the existence of their Aberdeen delivery point if you try to order on line. A shame as it was a great concept in the past.

We have come to visit this IKEA Aberdeen to buy a floor lamp online. The problem is that they didn’t have it in stock. Still we have been able to sit down and relax at the café and chilling there. Taking advantage of our IKEA Family Card you can have a croissant and any hot drink for 95p

Both Bigger and smaller than expected. Cafe and collection point for online orders. But also has several room and furnishing displays and the kitchen design service. A selection of consumables and homewares are also available. The range instore is not as extensive as a full size IKEA.. but you can order anything from thier catalogue for collection

Excellent products and service. Click and collect right on time and totally recommend mattresses, they are rolled and vacuum packed so they will fit in the car . Was dreading putting them on the roof rack in the rain so very happy with that .

This is a relatively small IKEA. You can do it in twenty minutes. But most things can be ordered. The service staff is very good, we are very lucky to get the qualification of free shipping. The cafe is open and the peach pie is delicious. Again, the service is really good.

Went there for a drink in the cafe.I asked for a hot chocolate.I didn't know what size the cups are.The server says small"? When I asked for a hot chocolate. Didn't offer to explain what sizes they come in? Just assumed that I wanted the small one???It sells nice things around the store though."

Great idea, can order online and collect. Saves getting lost like you do in the big stores. Has nice wee cafe serving coffee, cakes, sandwiches also sells a small selection of the sweets, chocolate, biscuits and popular items. Cafe friendly and clean.
