They are such lovely people and I've never had any Worries leaving my car with them! As a female driver it's very difficult to find a garage where the staff won't look at you like you're thick! They have always made me feel welcomed and listened to like a male driver! I will always use Crawley Kwik-Fit when I need!

What a fantastic bunch of guys at this branch. Rang in a panic needing an emergency tyre on a Friday late afternoon and they were the only garage that either picked up but also told me to come straight down. Nothing was too much trouble. Very friendly and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend. Thank you!

Booked in for Air con re-gas, confirmed they have my specific gas, they me called on Saturday morning to say technician gone sick and rebooked for following Saturday, called up this morning again on day of appointment saying they don’t stock the gas, 2 weeks wasted for no reason. Awful service
