from 1st contact kevin was great. My wife and i went through to see the car without pre planning and he welcomed us with no issues. (in reference to another review: yes its just a gated yard, but kevin came round right away with no hassle and we could clearly see the car no problem.) The car looked great - i had thouroughly looked it over on various car apps etc, and was perfect for our needs so paid a small deposit - no prompting or asking was done. Unfortunately the insurance company was dragging it heels with our money but i kept in contact with kevin and he was very accomodating until it came through. We went down after hours to pay and get the car and again, Kevin was there waiting for us and wasvery polite and helpful. ITs been almost a year but have finally found the company of the man who sold my girlfriend a Vauxhall Astra. He advised her it was in sound safe working order and didnt need any work done to it. So my girlfirend decided to take me on a little first excursion. We start heading into country roads on one of these roads the road becomes narrow and there was a car coming in the other direction. my girlfriend tried to brake to allow the other person to pass but the car did not stop in fact it just sailed along as nothing was happening and we had to turn off the road and onto the grass. honestly frightening and dangerous! i Icouldn't recommend a purchase from this seller as he clearly doesn't check the safety of his vehicles.

Fantastic service. Kevin made the experience of buying a first car as simple and straightforward as possible. He picked us up from the station and took us to where the car was being held, provided all documents for the vehicle, as well as answered any and all questions I had as a first-time buyer. The vehicle was serviced and even had a half tank of petrol to boot! Would definitely recommend KD cars to anyone thinking about getting a car.

I contacted Kevin regarding a car and arranged a test drive. After meeting Kevin, he was honest, friendly and very professional. I went onto buy the car. Any tiny issue I've had, I've messaged Kevin and had a reply straight away. Even while he's on holiday, he got straight back to me and arranged with his mechanic for me to take the car there. Very unhelpful on the phone. Would not let me come to yard and view a car I was interested in before committing to sale. Wanted me to come with cash ready to purchase before he would allow me to view. Made a cheeky remark about going and buying a new car when I enquired about wear and tear. Found him argumentative and rude. I said he would not act like this to my face and he said to me to come round to the yard and see. Worst sales man ever. PS - his yard is a shady dump with no one about. Not letting a customer view a car is extremely bizarre and indeed very suspicious. Buyers beware.

I bought a car in April this year from this garage, within 2/3 weeks of having the motor the nightmares started one thing after another got worse and worse, this vehicle was not safe to drive, the car was not checked properly at all before it was sold to me, it was a complete death trap, I specifically told KD Motors it was the Injectors that were faulty and they fixed the the wrong problem telling me you spent £700 on a part but when i had this checked over by an independent mechanic he found nothing new in my car! waste of 5 Grand, the car is now scrapped after only driving it a couple of months! Money chucked away just like that! It was ment to be the happiest days of my life turned out to be a disaster. I would not recommend this garage at all. He wanted nothing to do with it.KEEP AWAY. The worst of it wasPoppy Scotland helped myself along with other charities from the UK to helpfund a car for me So i can get back on our feet after the Pandemic .This garage new this and still glady took the cash knowing thecar was DODGY
