Found Nicks contact online. Called him up and discussed what problems I had with 2 controllers (xbox one s).He is very friendly and told me what it could be. I sent off the controllers. Communication is totally outstanding as is the service. Updates all the way (arrived, diags, repair and return). Nick also helped out with some extra batteries that are no longer made. Very friendly and certainly knows his stuff. A1+.

I took my Xbox S controller to Nick as one of the thumbsticks and headphone socket were faulty. He did a fantastic job of fixing it and it is like new now. A very professional service, responded quickly to messages and kept me updated at every stage. Great value too, I would highly recommend him if you need your controller fixing.

Had my controller fixed by Nick and it was a great experience!He picked my broken controller up and dropped it back off for me the day after!After seeing how well he has fixed it, I won’t be buying any controllers if they turn out to be faulty!It was very inexpensive to fix (especially when you consider the cost of a new or used controller) and is literally like having a brand new controller- all the buttons now work fine.
