I recently took my watch for the bracelet altering and received very good service, thanks to the two ladies at the shop I would definitely recommend to anyone great service.

I took my wedding ring to be resized and my engagement and eternity rings to be resized and strengthened. I received excellent service for a very good price. Lovely lady very helpful and understanding and will definitely be recommending the shop. Thank you.

Absolutely the best service in this shop. Took mums watch for repair, originally neither us or Gail thought it could be repaired. Gail went completely out of her way to find a way to get it repaired . I will never go to ANY other shop for anything doing in the future. Thank you so much we really appreciate it.

Can't recommend highly enough. Top quality service and all done with a big Yorkshire smile. Not only did they repair the broken watch strap but they corrected the issue caused by another (substandard) repair shop, and did it all for a reasonable price.

Fantastic service! This is also a business that really cares about it’s customers - honest advice given. I took a watch in for repair and ended up not paying anything because the repair was so minor. Few businesses would do that these days. Throughly recommend and this will be my go to place for anything watch related, including when I want to buy a new one.

Absolutely brilliant service - friendly, fast and efficient. Not expensive either. They gave a new lease of life to a 'dead' Seiko watch I'd had over 20 years and that nobody else could do anything with. Highly recommended.

We always go to Watch Repairs in Booths Yard Pudsey for anything watch or clock related. They provide a reliable, efficient and quick service. This week I took a watch (which had had its battery replaced elsewhere) in to see why it still would not work. On examination it was revealed that the new battery was the wrong one, the contacts had been damaged and the back replaced wrongly. These things were all put right…at no cost, despit our protestations!! I would thoroughly recommend them. They also have a great range of watches, jewellery and small gifts.
