I purchased my summer house and integrated shed from this company and can not praise them enough. Their customer service was brilliant especially Cameron. They were understanding when I experienced a personal issue and had to put plans on hold and then quickly got things going again when things were rectified from my end. In fact they delivered on time despite the set back. The quality of the building is obvious with lots of information about your new building and how to prepare for it and then care for it at every stage. Guys who came to erect the building were also super efficient and informative. If you want a good quality shed/ summer house to meet your individual needs these are the guys for you. My building is set to last 30 years if look after properly so will last my life time! The bottle of wine with delivery is also a nice touch! Could not be happier!

We had our Rannoch summerhouse installed on 15th June 2023. This is our second Rannoch summerhouse from Gillies & Mackay, the first one we purchased in 2019.Firstly the Rannoch installed in 2019 was as close to perfect as we would expect, the only problem we had was the doors expanding and sticking in the winterHowever the Rannnoch Summerhouse we had installed from Gillies & Mackay this June isn’t anywhere near the same quality as our previous one from this company.There was a split along the bottom of the back wall, gaps at the rear and doors not level.We had to wait 5 weeks for a joiner to visit despite the fact there was a joiner was in our street on 2 previous occasions.The gaps at the rear were because the timber wasn’t cut to fit so the holes were then filled with silicone to stop the draught.Wood filler used at every conceivable place but not sanded down. Joints not aligned, some joints have been filled and others left with a gap. Screws missing from the door hinges.There is a severely warped roof facing stripOur expectations were probably high after having a previous Rannoch summerhouse from Gillies & Mackay but sorry to say, the overall quality and workmanship of this style of summerhouse has in our opinion deteriorated over the past 5 years.

5 star from start to finish. We were surprised and delighted with each and every contact which we had with the G&M team from the initial enquiry to the completion of the build of our pent shed. We would recommend Gillies & Mackay without hesitation.

First G &M shed 1 erected May , 2000, next shed was shed 2 with cat kennel and cat run built by G&M- BY 2018 I had outgrown Shed 1 and it now lives near to Crieff. So, June 2018 I had an 11' by 12' shed erected which is my man cave with lining ,insulation, heat and light and is the dog's doodahs where I ( Victor Meldrew with attitude) can live my second childhood without upsetting my toil and strife ( shed being cheaper than a divorce) , and moggies. G&M sheds do what they say on the tin- strong, sturdy, cosy solid and built to last. When I leave this mortal coil, I shall be buried 6 feet under in a G&M coffin without doors and windows yet safe from worms- bonzer sheds ! Oh yeh, service is prompt , and ordering and advice pre purchase is spot on. My buddies from the Carse of Gowrie Mens, Shed like to be invited to my G&M man cave for a coffee, blether, relaxez vous time with no profanities being uttered and awful jokes welcome.

Excellent timely delivery, assembly and follow-up on small quality issue where there was no hesitance in replacing the doors. Very happy with our shed and would recommend to our friends and neighbours.

Very pleased with my new shed. I got a smallish one, but perfectly formed.Good quality and feels really solid. Good that GM give a base coat on the exterior of the shed.Now fully painted and looking great.

We had our Rannoch summerhouse installed at the end of September 2023 and have used it much, much more than we thought we would. Even on damp and cool days it is a great place to be. On cold days, if the sun has been out shining on the front or side of the shed, it is still comfortable.The whole team at Gillies and Mackay have been fantastic. From our first visit to the day of the build everything went according to plan.The G&M website is one of the most informative you could ever come across and holds the answers to any questions you could have.Calum and the team arrived, built the summerhouse and were off to their next job in 2 hours! They even laid protective sheeting to keep the floor clean during the build and hand-sanded the few rough bits of timber framing inside.G&M were brilliant all round. Roll on springtime!
