as a fellow muslim,, you would think they would treat you with respect and not deceive you.. Wakas is a crook of the highest degree!! i will never bring my car back again! these guys cut every cost possible in order to rip off their customers! i took my mercedes s class there and they replaced the door and took my old door for themselves!

If Wakas tells you it'll take 1-2 weeks to repair your car, multiply it by 5 and expect it to be a slapdash and negligent job. These guys shouldn't be allowed to operate. Why do you keep asking people what vehicle they're talking about when you know they can't respond, you sly, devious, crook of a businessman. Hopefully you will stop lying and scamming the innocent people who come to you, you shady swindler..

Honestly, the owners of this place must be insane! I called them on the 23rd May to fix my door and skirts which were scratched and dented. They told me they could do it within 10 days and it’s been 6 weeks and my car was only just finished…I thought these guys were robbing me!! They did not communicate or care about my well-being! I really wish I listened to the reviews because I really lost income because of this man - even my hairline is receding because of the stress of the situation.If you ever need bodywork done on your car, I urge you to reconsider with this place. You guys are the worst mechanics in the country, on god.

Honestly not only was I appalled by the state I received my car in I was disgusted by the way I was treated as a customer. They wouldn’t answer my calls they kept my car for weeks without any updates or responses. They also kept raising the price without telling me why and after I received my car I brought it to another local dealership just to see if they had done a good job and they told me they do the job in half the time for a smaller fee

Took my car in for insurance repair, the guy advised me he’ll offer a courtesy car and work will be done to standard.I did get my car back with the same damage parts just repainted with 2 different shades of white. Never received a courtesy car but what I did receive was faulty control system.The guy told me he’ll fix it and it’s been many months but just getting ignored. I would never recommend this place. Just go through your own insurance and pay the excess.

Took my car in for repair, the worker told me work will be done to standard. Waited months, being assured that it'd be fixed. Ended up getting my car back in worse condition, same broken parts, still overcharged. Do not recommend.

This workshop has got to be the slimiest in all of Birmingham, and that's saying something! Brought my Audi in for a small dent repair and these guys took so long to fix it, lied about the cost, ignored my calls and were rude the whole process! Stay away from these dodgy, shady people. Absolutely disgusting they way they treated me

I went to get my car repaired and the mechanic told me that it would be a simple job and my car would be fixed within two weeks to my surprise, it will take two months all this whilst I was in hospital I stayed longer because of the stress.

I’m sickened and appalled by this garage’s way of conducting business. These guys are the #1 top scammers in all of Birmingham. If you at all care for your vehicle, never take it here. They destroyed my car, I came in to fix the front bumper and I came out with a dodgy battery and my engine is spluttering when I drive it. These guys refuse to help me now and have taken £1.1k of my money.How can you call yourself Muslim and act this way? Alhamdulilah Allah will make you see the error of your ways and you will change.
