Sorry but Absolute rubbish. 2 times xxl pizzas, voth tasted like cardboard like had been sat for a good while in the shop previous to collection. Very little topping on, hot shot pizza was basically a margherita with a couple of tiny bits of pepper thrown on. Honestly if you like a flavoursome pizza then definitely dodge papa johns Stockton-on-Tees branch.

I ordered from papa John's from the meerkat app. I had previously done an order from the Middlesbrough one and expected it to be the same but I was not expecting the food was hot but the pizza was very bland. The sides were meh and I wouldn't order again. The only upside was the delivery driver was quite polite and went through the order.

The website managed to make a mistake with our order , making it a collection rather than a delivery , but a quick call sorted thing out , with a delivery within 20 mins . Best pizzas in the area by a country mile

Waited over 2 n half hours for cold food and order was wrong. Sent it back and new order was wrong also. Clearly they are too busy to even consider customers. Do not order from here they mistreat customers and there drivers they send them miles apart to save wages resulting in cold food for everyone. I feel sick after eating cold stale pizza with chewy chicken. This is not a papa John’s it’s a dodgy takeaway lucky enough to carry the brand name. Go to a different branch or dominos. will NEVER order from here again also reported them. Save your money.

Expensive if you don't use a deal however they always have deals such as 50% off pizzas when you order over a certain amount or they have solo deals and match day deal where you can get a pizza, side and a drink for around £15 which I good and cheap compared to if you haven't applied the deal. They also have rewards which for me personally, never works.Onto the food, the Pizzas are really good and they are topped pretty well (not overly generous but they aren't stingy either). Also the stuffed crush is delicious. I recently had the cauliflower wings and they are really really nice but I find the buffalo sauce that comes with them too spicy (little tip... they're so nice with mcdonalds sweet and sour sauce!)Deserts wise, I've had the brownies and the cookie which are both really nice and fairly priced. One thing I do wish however was they they came with a little tub of icecream or even if papa johns sold small tubs of icecream as they only sell Ben and Jerry's.Ordering on the app is easy but you arent given a collection time however the time is usually around 10 minutes.

Not even a one star….. ordered tonight…. Came and cold…. Rang and said they would collect and let me know when it was back at the shop…. No call so rang ‘Adam’ the manager said he felt it was warm enough and no he would not give me a refund and would not resend my order…. £20 down and no food!! How does that work…. The lovely Adam said I can apply for a refund and it can take up to 10 days….. Adam is not a nice guy and his customer service skills are dire… will never order again from here….. Adam…. I’m disgusted

Pizza arrived barely warm. It was chewy and we noticed that dough was raw. We had to put it in the oven for another 15 mins. Won't be going back anytime soon. Go to Domino's instead.

My go to branded pizza shop I find it’s best to ask for your pizza well done or can look a little on the undercooked side, I’ve phone just to confirm my special requirements n they get it spot on

The app took my order and funds came out of my bank. I went to collect and was told the system was down and would have to pay again and wait 3 working days for a refund. Wasted my time making another order for the assistant to realise that the chip and pin wasn't working. Poor customer service, no offer of a free pizza even,
