25 minutes to pay a £13.50 bill. Internet banking is utterly useless. The flex plus account is great but massively let themselves down with all the messing about I have had to do today for something that should have taken 55 seconds.

Went in this morning at 09:05 to request some money - they sorted there and then - very helpful young guy on the counter - as was the lady who was in charge - good service / attitude & professional - all good

Visited today, this is my closest branch (15 miles away). No free parking available near the branch - there is some street parking nearby but costs £1.50 for 30 mins.As I walked in I see someone leaving the cashier, so I queued for a second to then be welcomed over and the first thing the lady said was didn't want to use the cash deposit machine

very awkward and unhelpful i can appreciate security id is need but name address postcode date of birth any other bank accounts & when last used i consider going too farnow anyone standing at any other counter listening knows all my personal details for possible fraudulent use - some security for mei suggest anyone wishing to withdraw even a small sun of money takes birth certificate marriage certificate o level grades blood group just in casethe only thing i will be taking is my money elsewherebring on the metro bank next door

The service I get when I go into branch (I do online banking) is fantastic. They have a lot of patience and really go out of their way. I was recently there as I needed help setting up my mobile banking app. The young man who helped me was brilliant and repeated and showed me everything I didn't understand. Thank you xx
