Everything from the survey, which was done by a knowledgeable surveyor, the comprehensive report; through to the works, which were conducted exceptionally well by a really pleasant and capable engineer, and the commercial interaction was really excellent.

I contacted Timberwise to get a quote for damp treatment work. The communication was prompt and polite. My appointment was scheduled for a day that suited me, and I didn't have to wait ages for it. When the technician arrived he was polite, informative and extremely knowledgeable. I was really happy with entire process of booking the survey and the visit itself.

Chris who worked on my rising damp problems over a period of five days was brilliant. He was friendly and totally respectful of my property. He tidied up regularly after working each day and made sure everything was protected from the dust. Having addressed the damp problems, he replastered to a very high standard and I couldn’t be happier with the result.

Chris worked for 3 days, carrying out repairs to our basement, which had previously been very poorly tanked by a company which is no longer trading. Chris - and indeed the whole Timberwise team - provided an excellent service and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Very pleased with Timberwise. We had a recurring problem with a damp wall in our ancient house and on recommendation contacted them. Their surveyor was very helpful and suggested a suitable course of action which has now been completed. Very efficient and friendly service with no hard sell, no pressure to have a full house survey - just the necessary remedial work. We’ve now recommended them to a neighbour.
