AVOID!!! Now ignoring emails. I live down south and they tried delivering to Newcastle. Then nearly 2 weeks later I am told it being delivered today the 19th yet yesterday when I asked about a time I get a text saying its now 22nd. When I email obviously frustrated they ignore me. Taken time off work & had to pay additional scaffolding due to there delay and yet they wouldn't refund the delivery charge to compensate for all the wrong doings and now just ignore me. Useless company.

First time ordering from Building Materials Nationwide. I dealt with Wyatt. I placed an order through their website and then I called to confirm an hour later. Very friendly and knowledgeable service. One branded item (out of about 10 different items) was out of stock but Wyatt quickly found me a like for like replacement. Order was delivered on the agreed day and the courier text when 20mins away. Items were all wrapped together on an 8ft pallet and brought to the door on a forklift which was great. No items damaged. Will definitely be using in future. Thanks again.

It was the first time I bought plaster boards of this company and I must admit that I was impressed by their customer service. Very professional and great telephone contact, they have organised same day delivery as I needed the materials earlier. Everything was excellent from start to finish. 100% recommended!

Happy to take your money and then can't fulfil the order. Was offered a refund but very inconvenient as now have to reschedule the work I had planned and start over again looking for the materials needed.

Placed an order Sunday(2-3days' delivery stated).Wednesday afternoon, no email, no phone call. After I called them, I spoke to Dominique, who sorted the order and got it delivered on Thursday, only to find out that there are poor quality materials.Last time using this company, irresponsible.

Useless. No notification prior to delivery. Timber arrived and was the wrong size. Tried to state this was due to the finishing process, despite there being nothing about this on their website. Lack of communication from customer service team throughout refund and collection process. Better off using a local supplier.
