Absolutely love this place , I went in today chose my car , no pushy salespeople hung around me , really informative when asked questions about the car, relaxed atmosphere especially when it was my first car purchase, all paperwork all done in around an hour and the kind gentleman said he will tax my car on top of everything else !! Will definitely be going back

Can not recommend these guys enoughI bought a ssangyong rexton from them which we needed to pull horse trailer. nothing was an issue or problem they were always in contact with updates where needed and they were friendly, professional, helpful and easy to chat to nothing was a problemThanks guys for an easy and stressless sale when needing another car will always look to see what you have even though I am two and a half hours away well worth the journey

Bought my first car here with no issue and great service, after a few days realised the gear box needed fixing , Paul sorted it straight away and within the week had my car back all fixed , the guys are all great , will definitely be back when I want an up grade

I was in the market for a new car after my last ones handbrake snapped and rolled down a hill and got written off. I've never heard of Sandygate before and noticed they were in walking distance of where i live. I checked reviews and the majority of people have had a good experiance. I noticed a common theme of great customer service. I even checked the bad reviews and noticed that the owners had replied to them giving more context to the negative review.Initially i was looking at buying a Mazda MX-5 outright but the one i chose to test drive was just out of my budget and wasn't available on fianance (07 plate + 100k+ miles). Luckily they had the exact same model that was a lot newer and more worthy of being fiananced. Paul gave me straight answers to all my questions and even the ones i thought were a bit silly to ask. A trend in these reviews is that the staff are not pushy and it honestly does hold true. Paul could see that i knew what i wanted and he wasn't going to try and sell me something else, Paul gave me all the information i needed when i came to fianancing the car and getting the Tax sorted on it.Paul assured me that before i take the car away that he was going to make sure that it's had it's MOT and the rear brakes replaced. Paul was quick to tell me the issues with the car before i put any money down. I even asked for the under side of the car to be sprayed to prevent rust, i said that i'd pay for it but Paul insisted that he'd get it sorted for me, which he did! They took care of all the bills. Absolute amazing service from these guys, they kept me updated whilst my car was being MOT'd, fianancing took no more than 10 minutes to finish and i was out of the dealership in my new car in no time!If you're looking for a new car then get in touch with these guys! Paul and Russel were very accomadating and a pleasure to chat with. Highly recommend! I've had the car out for most of the day and so far the car is running great and i've had no issues but i'll be sure to update my review if anything changes.

I purchased a great van from here. Russel was really attentive without being pushy.They had to carry out some work before we picked it up with 12 months MOT.I had a problem 3 weeks after purchase that required a garage near me to fix.When I contacted them Paul reimbursed my costs the very next day after receiving the invoice from the garage.Wonder service.Would highly recommend.

Needing a replacement car I settled on an X Type for my own reasonsBeing that Sandygate was 60 miles from home, this garage was the last on my list and should have been the first...A warm friendly greeting and a no pressure look around was great and Paul and Russel where great too ..The test drive was no pressure and no problem getting the car on the motorway for a proper run too. The car itself was very surprising for the price and I got a great deal too and payment made ...thank you ..Obviously, good quality cars are sold here ..I even got offered free delivery 60 miles away ...how impressive was that.The car got a fresh MOT and for no extra cost I had new brake pads fitted at one end. I am well impressed :)The car was delivered two days ago spot on time and all the way through I was kept informed of progress and the driver was very nice too..I'm already enjoying this car immensely and it was worth every pennyThank you for the greats service and I understand why you get great reviews .. Dealt with Paul and the gents at Sandygate Cars and found it a very positive experience. They couldn't do enough to help. Very happy with our car and any problems we had were dealt with in a speedy way and professional manner. Would recommend to anyone looking for a dealer you can trust.
