We recently bought a property through Ashtons at Stockton Heath (sold via Culcheth) It was a real pleasure dealing with Ashtons its like chalk and cheese from some other agencies who send you details then tell you you cannot view.Nothing was too much trouble and was provided with regular updates. Friendly, professional and easy to deal with. Would highly recommend Ashtons.

Great experience dealing with Ashtons selling our old house and purchasing our new one as both were up with the Stockton Heath Branch. Queries were answered straight away and if not at the time call backs were arranged with all the information. Friendly and professional staff. I was dealing with Ashtons as a house buyer. I found them friendly, helpful and professional throughout, despite me needing several visits to the empty property to check areas requiring work. Extra thanks to Molly for going the extra mile, looking for keys, trying to operate the boiler, and especially helping communication between myself and the seller when solicitors were taking too long.

Molly at Ashtons was incredible and we cannot thank her enough. We had a tricky sale process including having to put it back on the market. But Molly was always calm, cheerful and polite and handled everything very professionally. She kept us updated all the way through the process (and it was a long complex process).
