HotSpring World Milton Keynes

A great experience purchasing from HotSpring World. Wayne at the show room was great at answering all of my questions and finding me the perfect hot tub to suit my needs!It arrived far more quickly than anticipated and the install team made the whole process easy with craning it over my fence and setting it all up for me. Nothing has been too much trouble!Highly recommend!

We went in to HotSpring in MK just to do market research on hot tubs and came out with an order for one due to be installed in a few weeks time.To say the service from beginning to the end was spectacular would be an understatement.Wayne was so helpful and knowledgeable to recommend and advise on the use and models.The install team was super quick, clean and told us all we needed to know and set it all up for us in a matter of hours.We have been using our hot tub nearly every day for over a month and could not be happier. The quality of the hot tub experience is unparalleled.Hot tubs can be a bit of an eyesore, but the design and colour of this one really blends into our garden and doesn’t stick out.I would definitely recommend HotSpring Spa for anyone from both the service and actual product quality perspective!

I went to see Wayne earlier this year after deciding I wanted a hot tub a part of a major garden overhaul.I arrived with nothing more than the dimensions of the space I had available and we systematically worked through the various models and ranges to arrive at the options that would fit in the space and were within my budget.Then Wayne asked me if I had my swimming trunks - I didn't. The next day I returned with trunks and spent an hour trying the different models in the enclosed showroom which was a great way to appreciate the benefits of the different ranges.Once the exact model had been chosen, Wayne ran me through exactly what would happen with everything - paperwork, delivery, maintenance etc. He also addressed my concerns with how the delivery would be done with some limitations on access.My tub has been in place now for about 3 months and was delivered exactly as Wayne said it would be. It has been very simple to maintain and on one occasion when I had a question over the chlorine level, Wayne was as prompt and helpful to answer my questions post sale as he was at the point of sale.Overall a really positive experience, a great product and a straightforward friendly process dealing with Wayne.

We visited Hotspring in MK, initially just browsing but Wayne was do helpful we treated ourselves to a fantastic hottub. The service has been excellent from beginning of the process and continuing with Hot tub assist. Totally recommend.

We saw a couple of companies before and after visiting HotSpring World and couldn't get over the fact that these tubs look so much better than anything else out there. With the salt water system (not salty water) and quiet pump, it was a no brainer, we had to go back. Before and after sales with Wayne is amazing, he's so knowledgable and willing to help with everything. Delivery was spot on and everyone is very happy with our purchase. You can't go wrong with these guys!

I have been looking at getting a Hot tub for many years to help with health issues. This being a large purchase. I needed this to be perfect and straight forward as possible. Wayne and the delivery team made this straight forward. Wayne was able to guide me through the purchase and making sure I got one to help with me needs and my budget. The delivery team were great on the day helping make sure it ran smoothly even when there was a slight problem with the electrics, they were able to sort the rest while my electrician came out and sorted out.The Hot Tub has been everything I have been excepting and more. I would happily recommend Hot Springs.

Really pleased with our hot tub, sold to us by Wayne at HotSpring World. Great customer service all the way from browsing tubs, buying, trying, having it delivered (had to push delivery date back but wasn't an issue) and installed, to any after sales help required. Was originally going to get a hot tub from Costco but so glad I didn't as couldn't fault the service received from Wayne.As for the hot tub itself, it is brilliant and with the care information Wayne provided, is easy to look after and maintain.Couldn't recommended highly enough.
