I've trained with Rich since he was at an amateur boxing club, while the venue may have changed, the quality of his 1-2-1 and the value of group boxing classes, has only increased.A welcoming group and relaxed atmosphere, for new people a great place to begin learning techniques and for those with experience a great way to build back into it.He'll push your fitness and test your abilities.

The group boxing classes are a great way to mix up the fitness during the week and keep it interesting, also a great addition to the 1-on-1 sessions.The classes have a great group of people there and is inviting to all fitness levels.
