Incompetent and useless pest control; council biased because “bought” by the local estate agents. Just good at giving fines. Terrible, they deserve the bad reviews.

Please can we talk about the monstrosities that are the blue recycling bags? They are made from the cheapest material you could fine (could have just given us IKEA bags, would have been more useful). They are not waterproof, which is hilarious because they are meant to be used for paper, why not a paper bin? I know its hard to design a bin but maybe you have some ingenious people working for you....And how about you be honest? These blue bags are being used as a guise, so that you can switch recycling from every one week to every two weeks.

Very nasty, have no right turn cameras near Chinese supermarket many satnavs says take right turn very honest mistake however they still fine £65 not even a responsible fine like £40 bunch of scammers.

The worst council in London. They just get taxes and do nothing.

OMG - I have a flat in Wembley and have been trying to report a repair for 2 months. The flat above had a water leak and damaged our ceilings severely. I have tried calling their staff who just keep telling me to speak to someone else and when I got sick of that I tried logging it through my online account. each time I submit the repair online it times out then comes up with a technical issue" message. Honestly why do we pay tax and why do we pay extortionate service fees! This is why our country is up the duff! I even tried the complaints section and when I submitted it came back with the site is having a technical issue! I dont know if i should laugh or cry right now. I say get rid of government and bring back the monarchy! All the government care about is taking our money."

They tell a 38 week pregnant woman to find her own property.. pathetic..clearly I ain't a priority here.. but people with mental health get a place with a click of a finger. It ain't right. People just like to see you suffer and its not right!

I was not told there are exceptions to the shared accommodation rate, these are as follow:The renter is between 25 and 35 years old and has lived for a total of 3 months (whether or not this was continuously) in one or more hostels for homeless people andwhile they were living in a hostel they were offered and they accepted support services to assist them to be rehabilitated or resettled in the community.Because I was not told about this I continued to suffer living in a hostel at the shared accommodation rate, where I had been eligible for a one bedroom rate all along!I no longer have any respect for anyone working for the housing department, I wish I had been given the job I’d help thousands of people into homes and reep the rewards from goodness not a salary!

They tell an homeless 36-week pregnant lady to find their own accommodation after no resources and choices. Horrible horrible people. However the receptionists are nice and tries to help you. However but the Council itself and its staff arent there to HELP YOU !!! Remember that, to them its just a 9-5 job

We are extremely grateful to the Brand team for their help in solving the housing issue. When we were left almost on the street, we were provided with comfortable temporary accommodation. Then, they managed to rent their own. All this was accompanied by qualified consultations and support. Our interests and safety were taken into account first! A very strong Ukrainian team.
