I Had great pleasure of dealing with Ealing store manager Diana today regarding a refund needed for an unwanted gift.Diana went above and beyond the stores normal refund procedure contacting head office, calling me back super fast & printing up copies of my receipts to issue a refund.She was polite professional and a pleasure to have dealt with.She is a great asset to the store

Very rude staff! We spend long time waiting to be shown the jewelry and in the end nobody can be helpful. Shame on It! Pls sellers learn how to treat a customer in a good way. This is the minimun we expect!

I think if you’re going to sell fake jewellery at an extortionate price, you should at least master decent customer service.Have had to exchange a bracelet I got as a gift about 4 times due to being given the wrong size in the first place - when I explained to the lady in the Ealing branch that we’d been given the wrong size as to what was on the receipt, she said there’s nothing they can do. Like I said, rubbish silver pieces at a high price.

Arrive, looked around very clean store , 2 sales assistant , one approached us and ask if she could help , we said yes , showed her the item we wanted , few seconds later the she left us hanging and went to help someone else , even though she was still meant to be helping us . I find this very rude !No one was monitoring how many people could come into the shop . maximum of five customers and at one point there was twice this .Eventually I got served by the other sales assistant who was very polite and accommodating and patience.
