Studio 31 Architects were recommended to us and we would have no hesitation in providing our own endorsement. Our project is a domestic extension which on the face of it should have been straightforward however our Local Authority is notoriously difficult to deal with over planning matters. Mandeep provided professional advice throughout the process which considerably eased the pain of the experience.Advice on design changes to our original ideas was also very welcome, providing us with options which we would not have previously considered. Studio 31 have been massively supportive, knowledgable and managed to overturn our second revised planning application by great knowledge of the planning laws.
