My Yoga Seed
The best yoga classes I have ever done. Sharon is just so calming and welcoming- no two classes are the same and I always come away with a lot less aches and pains. I would recommend you try My Yoga Seed you won’t be disappointed.

What an inspiration Sharon is. She has the most calming, relaxing voice. Excellent in all of her classes. Good variation of exercises. Makes you feel terrific in mind and body. Fabulous & welcoming surroundings in her studio. Well done and keep up the good work Sharon!

What an amazing lady ( Sharon ) I have done many sessions of yoga and meditation with the amazing lady.The benefits from these sessions have been very rewarding physically and mentally I would definitely recommend you give her sessions a try.
