Incredibly helpful staff with a great selection of stock

Haven't received the book that was supposedly in stock and haven't responded to my enquiry about this either.Unfortunately I didn't check trustpilot as it seems that a significant amount of people aren't having their orders honoured or are waiting for very long periods to get items they ordered.If you don't have an item in stock don't say you do.

Great place for a book

I received a Blackwell's gift card. I've never been there but I was excited about getting my gift. Initially the offer through internet is not too big but it's fine. I live in the middle east, and the website clearly inform that delays in deliveries are expected. That was fine for me. I received the mail confirming that my order was dispatched on January 7th. And up to today February 19th, I haven't received it. What really upsets me, is that nobody from Blackwell's has answered the mail I wrote 10 days ago requesting help to know what happened with my order. Very poor post-sales customer service.

Terrible. I ordered a 2022 set of The Lord of The Rings, 3 weeks after the release date they have still not been sent and then my order was cancelled. Exactly the same with a signed copy of the new Brian Cox book. No help from their customer service and no apologies. I will not be using this retailer again.

Another year, another series of issues. Be it items varying from being tracked to not, not being sent by til chased or not being available after placing an order with 10+ in stock, I keep giving Blackwell's 'one more chance' bit I've just had enough.When buying a series of books for Christmas, it's incredible frustrating having to give books 1-4 and 7-8 only as Blackwell's didn't send 7 until I chased them (by which time it was too late for Xmas as has been sent untracked and still hasn't arrived as of today 28/12/21) and now 8 is out of stock after having 10 available when I ordered.Every year it's the same with items being sent weeks after ordering and only when chased and it really annoys me that I have to fall back on such businesses as Amazon to fulfil the orders that I want to give to independent stores.I've given up now though, too many disappointments and I won't be shopping here again.

Listen my friends, you will find the experience here is very easy. They have bundles available for you to buy according to your module and you will get the right edition. You won't have to stress out over the books. However, they aren't the cheapest option. While they will be cheaper than most retail options like Amazon or Waterstones, they won't be cheaper than options such as eBay, charity shops, or other second hand book shops. And if you prefer ebooks, then ZLibrary will have whatever you want available in pdf or online format for free.
