Having been recommended to me, I visited Mark Having never had a massage before. I'd torn my quid and a badly bruised thigh. After a few weeks great work from Mark I'm very much on the mend. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anybody in need. Gives great encouragement and advice too. Can't thank him enough. Cheers

Stressful life and heavy gym workouts give me all sorts of aches and pains. Mark has been massaging them away for over 5 years and always seems to sort me out. He’s a great guy who really knows his stuff

I train a lot in the gym and struggle with aches and pains. I’ve had a few massages but Mark is the best one I’ve been to. He’s strong enough to do a proper sports massage, when quite a few aren’t. He’s also a really nice guy and easy to talk to.

Another excellent Sports Massage this morning from my good from friend Mark Aspin who has over 20 years of qualified experience and who i’ve been having regular massages for about the same time. A good sports masseur develops their skills over the years, and Mark is one of the best.
