***Edited*** Got to say based on last couple of visits that staffing has improved, lads in the shop these days are friendly and happy to help. Had issues with a couple of missing items from previous purchase and got sorted no problems. For range of products its up there as one of the best in the Sheffield area.Great range of products. 50/50 whether you get helpful service or an arrogant a******e though. Never feel comfortable walking round the place.

Since changing from climax tackle a few years ago, it's really gone downhill. Stock levels always low or non existent. Staff show no interest and look bored. Only used now if desperate. Prefer to shop online , which is a shame as I use to spend a fortune in there when it was climax tackle.

It's ok, but not as good as under the previous owner. It's very corporate now if you shop during the week be prepared to wait, there's a strong probability the tills will be deserted. It doesn't have the personal atmosphere it once had.
