Carris was very helpful, spoke with her multiple times on the phone and then in store, went above and beyond with excellent customer service. Ordered an item which wasn’t stocked, she was very professional and got it into store within a few days. Would recommend this store and staff to buy from.

Excellent service by Carris (Leamington Branch). She was able to source both an Omega men’s watch and a ladies Mount Blanc watch seamlessly even though they were not stocked in her local branch. She kept me informed and up to speed, showing amazing professionalism and client focus, definitely great service with a smile. She is definitely a credit to Ernest Jones. A big thank you.

Purchased a ring from this store and the attendant were incredibly helpful with advice and information on each ring. At a later date (just before the engagement) I returned to the store as I realised I had purchased the wrong size. Nabila and Karis were both extremely attentive and helped me exchange to the right size before the engagement.
